Looking to see what the best type material to use for a door for a little boiler house. Basically the house is just a liitle bigger than the oil burner, so the door is only 30 inches by 50 inches. The door that was there was just placed up over the opening and propped up if you know what I mean. Was thinking of doing this again. What material would be suitable, marine ply maybe?

    Open to suggestions. Thanks.

Marine ply will have a longer life than standard plywood. But standard is fine if painted.
But leave a 1" gap for ventilation at the bottom to allow air for the boiler to burn / operate.
