Ah that got nuked on copyright grounds - the charter has something about PL stuff being off limits unless from a sanctioned site/account.

Gary Neville having a hissy fit on twitter over it. Wasn't even aimed at United. It was aimed at a United fan account that had a go at Liverpool first. That said I don't think the official club twitter should get involved in stuff like that even though it was a fairly harmless comeback.

That tweet has gotten Gary Neville properly wound up, talking about how embarrassing it is for the club and that it'll get the United dressing room riled up for the game against us :pac:

Which is in mid October. I can't imagine they will be using a tweet from a month previous as motivation somehow.

Aye, Mourinho will have thrown the fan account under the bus by mid October.

Was interesting to see Jordan reaction to scoring. He has clearly been reading what has being floating around about him. In the interview after match he said '' was about time he scored'' . That release of pressure from him when he scored was great.
One could never fault his commitment to the cause, and people should realize he is learning a new way of playing under Klopp. I'm sure Klopp will remind him to concentrate for 90 mins, his mistake led to the goal the Chelsilians scored, should of tracked his man into box .

Was it not Lallana who left Matic go after being beaten by him? Harsh to blame Hendo for that goal imo.

Is Gary Alexander Neville, Esq., PhD (honoris causa) having a hypocritical meltdown and completely blind to context? My, my.

It's just as well Gary Alexander Neville, Esq., PhD (honoris causa) isn't a poster here on boards, he could get himself in trouble. Although probably not.

He got by Lallana in midfield and Lallana tried to get back goal side of him but stumbled and lost his balance. Matic did run in behind Hendo though who was caught ball watching the Chelsea player out on the wing. Pretty much his only mistake of the game though.

I think both were at fault in a way but Lallana moreso than Henderson for me.

If Lallana isn't dying to pounce on it and go forward then the situation for Henderson doesn't develop in the first place.

After Lallana's mistake it's difficult for Henderson coz he has two runners to worry about and he picked the wrong one, but then again the wrong one is always the one who does the damage.

This sort of stuff is going to happen us a lot the way we play. But it also why we score goals. We take risks.

It's impossible to have attacking midfielders with defensive instincts. Lallana was only doing whats normal to him.
He wasnt great for one of the Arsenal goals when he tried to do a Cryuff turn and gave it away and they scored (I think Moreno got the blame officially but it started with lallana).
Then he was partly to blame for the Spurs goal too if you watch it again.

    And then last night's one.

I'm not having a go at the lad at all, he's improved a lot this season, he's a forward thinking player and these things happen.

But if yer honest about all those 3 goals mentioned above, he had a hand in them all.

No we were all over Burnley but couldn't score, Watford were all over United but managed to put their chances away!! Sometimes the better team just struggle to scorebut that didn't happen today.

Banter. Neville must have been posting in the United match thread.

Mourinho has lost 11 of his last 21 PL games, specialist in failure.

He'll correct it but I'd love it, really love it if he fecks that one up. Back to supporting Leicester again!

But I thought Man Utd were crowned champions after 3 games & Bailly was the best defender in the world.

    It's hardly the alternative table.

Most goals scored this year, second on points to United in the same time period but that could have changed this weekend. Winning without Firmino who must now be the most underrated player in the league, Coutinho takes a lot of the media and fan focus of him.

Loads to criticise, only 3 clean sheets or something but there are loads of positives.

The Liverpool United derby is going to be tasty. Everybody was complaining it had gone flat but this will more than make up for it. Hammering a nail in the Mourinho coffin would be delicious, this goes past United rivalry.

I'm getting awful tinges of 13-14 deja vu on here lately, specially today!
Long may it last and I'll take the inevitable lost posters if we go as close this year.
Hopefully turty is one of them.

I'm getting a health check up before. Don't think the nerves or heart could take it.
Because I can't see us humiliating them like we did last season because this year it will be only in the league.
