How do I stop the immersion/heat timer clicking and making noise?

There is a Flash Immermat timer switch in my bedroom, along with a Myson switch. They click and make noise every 2 seconds and it's impossible to sleep. Is there anyway to stop these making noise? Disclaimer: I know absolutely nothing about the heat, or electricity, or switches. Thanks !

Change for a digital timer. Some of these have a boost button.
