Has anyone applied for the recent jobs advertised? Applied a month ago now but have not heard anything or even an acknowledgement... is this normal?!

It can be a slow process. I'd say more than a month passed before I heard anything. You could try to contact them and ask.

How often do they recruit for English speaking reps?
There's nothing other than 2nd language positions available right now.

Anyone waiting to hear back? Done the interview, last week.

The whole process from application to job offer for me was nearly three months. After the interview (the final one) I did receive the offer quickly. Less than a week for sure.

A-Trak, keep an eye on the website for new positions, apparently there is a highturnover.

Just completed the Online Language Assessment for the Customer Relations position. Applied around 10 days ago.

I see new jobs have now been advertised under : At Home Agreement Admin Advisor...

Anyone any info on these? is this similar role to the support role or any info on salary etc?

    Thanks :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 572 ✭✭✭el_gaucho

Don't know about pay but I'd say it's probably similar. It's not tech support, you don't trouble shoot devices. It's after sales agreements/disputes and the like.

Where/when can one apply again? I applied to the student support position ages ago but they never get back, I'm definitely qualified for it.

That's a relief, it's the only thing that was making me hesitantant! Gonna apply now. It says on the Apple jobs page they are currently hiring. Can anyone from here that's working with them confirm that?

There is a job up at the moment that doesn't require a language other than English; English Customer Support (Agreement Admin)

Is this the usual AHA position or a better one with better pay does anyone know? Seems to require more experience anyway.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 572 ✭✭✭el_gaucho

Agreement Admin is not a tech support role. Not sure about the pay.

Only if you're attending college, and only certain third level institutions partake in it I think.

    Hi All,

Interested in applying for the AHA role, has anyone working for them any info they can give me? Job sounds great, what are the downsides?

Pm me for a chat if anyone can assist.

    Many Thanks ☺️😠

Hi guys, I don't work for/want to work for Apple, but I am looking to roll out something similar in my own company.

I have sent on a few linkedin requests to people in Apple to see if i can get in touch with the TL/Manager of the support agents who work from home.

Would someone be able to PM me a name and I can get in touch?

    Cheers
