    Hi,

I'm interesting on bidding on a 4 bed bungalow in Kerry.

It requires a septic tank, heating system (calor gas), stove, 2nd electrics, 2nd plumbing, kitchen, plastering, and at least one bedroom.

Could anybody give me a ball park figure of such a cost?

    Thanks

    Never mind above,

Its tough to give a ball park figure as all those attributes can have massively different prices.

You should talk to a local engineer to discuss what they imagine it would cost.
You wouldnt be long seeing 100k going.
Thats if the builder who didnt finish it didnt forsee going bust and didnt cheap out on the build.
If he did he would have been doing anything to keep costs down and done a sh1t job to get it as far as it is.
