Parking in St. James Hospital Underground Car Park

Hello

I need to visit St James tomorrow at 11am. Does anyone know will there be many spaces in the underground car park?

If you can manage, it might be easier to park at Red Cow and get Luas in.

Parking in there is hit and miss plus you need to enter the grounds via James Street if arriving by car. Best to use the bus or Luas if you can.
