The european world cup has had no surprise defeats/draws, except for poland.
All favourites have won so far.

    France
    Bosnia
    Belgium

This treble looks like a winner but i'm still concerned that an upset has yet to happen :O

Bookies keep making up these great odds. To be fair, there used to be this w7d1l0 record against Greece.
That was till Danny Blind met them. Now it is 7-1-1.

The tactical genius he is, he will be once again change the whole lot.
    Might even start 5 defenders.

Sweden arent great either but Zlatan gone doesnt have to be a bad thing. Euro's showed they were just to depended on him in a "give him the ball and well be ok" kind of way.

Guidetti, obviously, likes playing Dutch defences from his days at Feyenoord. 21 in 25, including 3 consecutive home matches with a hat trick (Vitesse, Twente, Ajax not exactly the worst opposition in those days)
I just hope the Swedes can give him the service he needs.
And with Zlatan gone, i am pretty sure he ll be on penalties.

    If he starts.....

Sky have wincast gudetti 11/2 I think you posted last week it was 7 or 8s looking for it probably gone now

Left "winger" kind of thing. 4-4-2'ish or whatever the hell goes through that miniscule football brain of Blind.
He doesnt have the legs anymore for midfield but Blind keeps picking him.
    Janssen is the cfwd

    This is more like it

Going for a big one...Hungary, Belgium, France, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Latvia, then draws in Sweden/Holland and Switzerland/Portugal. Around 40/1

If Sweden should be favourites to win this then the standout bet I see is Sweden over 4 corners @10/11. They are the home team in an international qualifier, I'd be very surprised to see them get less than 5 corners.

Small bet on Sweden over 7 corners @5/1 also.

    Azerbaijan to beat San Marino
    Latvia to beat Andorra
Under 3.5 in Finland vs Kosovo cuz it's Kosovo's first official game

    that was easy :D

They had 4 corners after 46 minutes. I'll let you all guess how many they managed in the remaining 44 minutes ....

    El Salvador +1.5 @ 1.72
El Salvador captain Nelson Bonilla told reporters in a pre-match news conference in Vancouver on Monday that a Salvadoran businessman had approached the players with the offer last weekend.
Bonilla played a tape of the 10-minute conversation in which the man promised varying amounts of money depending on the result and the time played by each player, from $30 a minute for a win to $10 a minute in a 1-0 defeat.

problem is Canada need to win by 2-3+ goals to potentially overtake Honduras..

There as stupid and over elaborate on the ball chile they pick and choose when to put in performances ,set of unpredictable bastards

Well, that was a pile of crap as it comes to Sweden - Holland.
The goalscorerers i picked both subbed.
    Just the 2 goals

And Blind will still not be kicked out after this. Holland were bad but Sweden were absolute trash. Might have 2 ok strikers in Berg and Guidetti, if the other 9 arent capable of getting the ball to them, that is some kind of an issue.

Then the bets that i had in my betslip but decided against... btts in Gibraltar - Greece.
Was only considering it because of the odds @ 6.5 ... Finished 1-4

South America and red cards went tits up as well. Only one i felt real good about was Peu - Ecuador and ...well that was the only 1 not available on 888 for that bet.

    A day to forget.
As will be today and tomorrow i fear.

13/2 for a player to be sent off in either Old Firm or Manchester derby looks worth a medium size bet

Edit: actually I think the wording has caught me on this one, seems to be a player in each game? Going big on Fellaini and Barton booked instead 11/4

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,860 ✭✭✭✭inforfun

    Which bookie?

Standard for sending off for a nothing match in the Dutch league is @4/4,5 so i highly doubt you ll get those odds for an Old Firm red card

You're right too good to be true lucky I double checked, PP.

"Any player to be sent off in both games"

A double of sending off in those matches on 888/unibet probably works out better.

Not a bad one, 10 reds between Mourinho and Pep and then the old firm, worth something small
