What happens to male bees in the Irish honey industry?

Hi. What happens to male bees in the Irish honey industry? Do they suffer the same fate as other places? It seems that regardless of whether the honey is organic/non organic. -- the poor male bees suffer the same end. This is probably just as horrific as the other two threads.
