The post count in here dropped steadily today, I hope that we actually have enough interest in this game to finish it out!

    Day 1 (21st) - 39 posts
    Day 2 (22nd) - 359 posts
    Day 3 (23rd) - 440 posts
    Day 4 (24th) - 457 posts
    Day 5 (25th) - 154 posts (so far)

Look, I have no proof Daz is a wolf. But if it comes down to him and the rest of the villagers, I'm picking him as he has given me no reason to trust him unlike some of the other villagers I've named. I'm not changing my mind tonight. I think tonight's vote will be pretty interesting, it's make or break time for this village. Nothing more to be said now until the vote. Let's regroup afterwards and come up with a strategy for the apprentice and seer. We have to go with the assumption that whoever we kill tonight is a villager as the priest isn't here to confirm.

Good point. If Daz is not a wolfie, then were in a spot of bother. Maybe Daz v Andy tonight?? But im not decided yet.

Are we 100% sure we have not killed a wolf yet? The way I see it, Andy has been high on the suspicion list for a while now, but so have myself and a few others. Suppose we will soon see for ourselves.

    Bit like the hunger games?

    yes
sulli was a priest cos wolves cant slaughter wolves so unless she was a villager with delusions she was the priest
    kills so far then are

    kersplat-killed by wolves-villager

    shatter-lunchesd- village idiot

    fleabag-killed by wolves-can i get a witness

uriel-lynched-got in a fight with silli it was accepted that one of them was a wolf, this was gibberish -villager

(fitchell redeemed himself with me on this because he kept saying neither were wolves when there was a lot of one of them are concensus )

micks jaguar clearly a wolf as i said so - slaughtered - villager

kylo-wren- lynched-another village idiot pulled out a pic of the baddy from starwars instead of explaining himself - villager

sulli-slaughtered-priest may have trained a wolf but won't tell who it is

no we have to assume they are a wolf cos if we kill another villager we are basically finished so there is no real point assuming that position

If you were a wolf, you could know Daz was a villager, you could accuse him, and then if the seer adopted this "strategy" of yours, then they'd be revealing themselves to be eaten.

You seem much keener on finding out who the seer is than who the wolves are...

i just this minute said you weren't a wolf and you turn it around like that
i'm fully aware who the seer is i said so ages ago
i also said i knew who the priest is and that was confirmed if i was a wolf that can influence many villagers who dont't even trust me i'd have copy and pasted the proofs of who the seer and priest are and had them yomped ages ago

What? No, we can kill one more villager and we're ok. Mathematically. Tomorrow we're screwëd though. Hence why we need to start using the seer/apprentice.

I'm half cut, playing D&D so I'm not keeping up after this until morning. Poochie I have like 15 posts less than you, naming me on post count alone is ****e imo.

    I'm voting Daz tonight

I'm not saying you're a wolf, I'm saying your "strategy" is not necessarily a good one.

acuyally i'ma bit thick with you
you know i knew who the priest was
you know the priest survived that night you even got thickwith me for discussing it and now you have the cheek o call me a wolf

the problem and the reason we are loosing is ego driven villagers

maybe i' being led like the proverbial lamb . ill accept that but i will not accept that you of allpeople here think i'm a wolf and i think you are only saying it to mess with me

if you think i'm being led then say so but i'm pretty sure i'm not

Ugh! I've been refreshing this page repeatedly waiting to see who got lynched and I just realised I'm a fécking hour ahead of ye! GRRRRRRR :mad::mad:

What the case against Dazzler anyway? Why are people nominating him?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,863 ✭✭✭✭crosstownk

Hence why we need to start using the seer/apprentice.

We've got to trust the seer to come forward when he/she feels the information is worthwhile.

We will need to know what tonight's lynchee is and the apprentice can divulge that. But the apprentice needs to afford the seer as much time as possible. as it's getting to the stage where we need to know more about the living than the dead.

Ah no, all that heart racing and stuck for another hour!!! Lol

Daz, Andy......ill probably pick one of them going by tigger and mahama posts. TBH, I'm leaning towards Andy.

Don't worry folks - once the four wolves have eaten all seventeen villagers, they'll starve to death. That'll learn 'em.

You proposed this yesterday and then at the very end you switched to Kylo for no real reason. It's good to have a strategy, but you're hardly inspiring confidence in your convictions by flip-flopping all over the shop.

the worst strategy is always to do nothing the next worse is to do something but at least its better

i want the info from the seer so i can form a strategy we have nothing here

I'm curious too. I've read back a bit and I don't see anything that implicates Daz.

I'm leaning towards Andy at the moment.

Don't get the seer killed by forcing their hand with some theory you've encouraged everyone to follow you blindly on.
Assume that the seer has a brain and let them make up their own mind as to when they have enough info to warrant coming forward. They've had the good sense not to get themselves killed so far, which is more than can be said for the other 'roles' who attracted attention to themselves and got Uriel killed.

I'm happy to go with Dazzler - as I did yesterday, when you said you would.

I completely trust Andy. I have no idea how he survive this long, but he's probably the most useful person we have.

Yes, anybody might be a wolf. That's the entire premise.

there is nothing that implicates anyone
the wolves are playing a great game and no one thinks we should here the seer

the point is to decide on someone and then see who rallys round to protect them

why rally round toprotect someone because not only i ther nothing to implicate anyone thereis nothing to vindicate anyone

We are in a damned if you do, damned if you dont.

Want the seer to remain hidden (Wolf tactic)
Want the seer to show themselves (Wolf tactic)

acually the premise is that 4 people are wolves and most aren't
at this point we should be arguing over which is the real seer not watching you tell me how clever you are without offering an alternatitive
    you want to kill andy?
    based on what

Yeah maybe everyone is a wolf. The only person you can be 100% sure of is yourself, unless you're the seer?

Failing that, at some point we have to start trusting at least a few people. Other wise all the wolves need to do is divide and conquer. The wolves are playing a blinder, so I can't pin anyone as a wolf. All I'm going on now is who we can trust. Read back the posts from Uriel's lynching. Andy and Tig both rallied around Suli, as did fitchell. That's why I'm choosing to trust them. If it's not someone that I can 100% trust, I'm happy to lynch them. Sorry, that's just how it is in a werewolf apocalypse! If Daz is someone we can get consensus on, well, sorry Daz but them be the breaks!

Trust? We've been trusting people to date and where has that got us.

A wolf has gained our trust and is doing us over. Someone we trust is definitely giving us a bum steer. But who? Both Andy and you are prime suspects in my book.

wolves dont vote to lynch villagers the vote to protect wolves
unless we pick a wolf they don't need to do anything and if we all pick one person the wolve will vote with us because
a if its a wolf then fough luck wolfie its too bad
b if it not a wolf then they are sorted

we will then be no wiser

    HOWEVER
if we all meet here at 21-55 and decide then we can discuss who we are voting for but the vote is secret and we can say one person and vote another

Yeah, I can see why you'd think that. Speaking up like we are is a dangerous move, that's why Andy has stopped posting. By posting theories and trying to help, it looks like steering the group putting the poster at risk of looking like a wolf. It's a double risk because as well as making villagers suspicious, you put yourself on the wolves radar too. I guarantee that either Andy, Tig or me will be eaten tonight. Yes we've been wrong so far, but the odds were against us. From tomorrow on, the wolves will start voting as a block as they'll have the numbers. If we can't pull together before that, we're screwed.
