Banned from Films for expressing opinions that we're labelled as 'Trolling'

I can't have an opinion on the new Ghostbusters movie without it being labelled as 'trolling' even though some people who disagreed with me were clearly insulting me.

I never insulted anybody or goaded anyone into an argument so how have i trolled? Why cant people express opinions without having all of them labeled as trolling? I find the ban completely heavy handed and if people cant deal with someone else's opinion they shouldn't be on a forum in the first place.
