Lyrics to 'My home at the foot of slieve bloom'.

Hi all, I'm looking for some help here. My father used to sing a song called 'my home at the foot of slieve bloom'. I googled for it and i can't find lyrics or a sound/video file to listen to it to write the lyrics down. I did find some of the lyrics on a 'mudcat' blog, but that's about it. Does anyone know/have the lyrics?
