The Olympics are cruel and maybe corrupt. Spare a thought for the Japanese pole vaulter who knocked himself out

through his penis. I hate to bring it up but his own manhood knocked the bar over. Big in Japan?

Knocked himself out of the competition, or knocked himself unconscious?

Because if it's the latter it should be a be a world record all of its own, surely? Not what the judges expected to be measuring at that event.
