Got a pikatu in Greystones earlier. Saw it on sightings and it was near by.

Won a gym earlier and by the time I tried to claim it there was two Fecking Pokemon in it. I know pepole can jump in just before you can assign you Pokemon, but how the actual feck did two people get in there.

Its really annoying, fought for about 20 minutes to get a spot in a gym and some prick jumped in.

Just caught an 815CP Grimer. Apparently it evolves into a monster 1900CP+ Muk :eek:

Too bad I have nowhere near enough candies to evolve though. Only accumulated 18 so far after weeks and weeks of play time. It'll be a long long time before I get to 50.

I've visited thousands of em and have never received an incubator.

No stops give out incubators. You can buy them, or get them when you level up. You get them at level 6 and after that at each multiple of 5, eg 6, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc.

I'd never seen one before and then I got one from my desk about an hour ago. Maybe they've done another re-jig of spawn points?

Alright morning in Waterford, caught a Machop, Polywhirl, a few more Nidoran so finally enough candies to evolve up to really good CP Nidoking. Also got a Sandshrew from a 5km egg, so that's enough to evolve to Sandslash. Another Charmander from a 2km egg and a 950 CP Tangela from a 5km egg. Two more 10km eggs from Poke Stops. Still waiting on that Lapras or Aerodactyl, anything but more Eevee's!

I'd love to get some more eevies!!

So I went to Islandbridge over the weekend and it's not really a Pikachu spawn. I got one (which is great as I haven't had one yet) but that was it. Bloody weedles everywhere, though. Picked up a Ryhorn this morning. Yet another one for the pokedex. 78 seen 78 caught. Level 21!!

If you're in Dublin, check out Garden of Remembrance park in Islandbridge. I only found one there but it was the only place I found a pikachu since starting the game.

Hey guys, does anyone know the best places in Dublin for Pokemon?

Down in Cork, right by Electric bar and the new sub restaurant there's usually 3 poke stops lured. Managed to get a Snorlax the other day! Also in Fitzgerald park there's 3 poke stops together that are usually lured. A lot of magicarp and poliwags spawn there.

Similar situation here. Had a work trip to NYC 2 weeks ago, great spot. Lots in Central Park.
Am off to NYC again next month so lots of walking to be done!!

Haven't had a 10km egg for about a week or so and ended up collecting 3 over the last 3 days. While I haven't been one of the users who've not seen 10km eggs until lv18 or whatever, it did change over the last week approx. so maybe something was updated in the game? Who knows!

I've a few Dratinis now and ready to evolve but my lowest CP is 304 but attack is 6 and 45, whereas my highest is 502 but attack is only 6 and 25.

Should I evolve the lower CP one?

Don't worry too much about the moves the Dratini has at the moment - Each time you evolve something it gets a random selection of moves again. Its quite annoying and makes evolving things the higher level pokemon like Dragonite, Blastoise or Gyrados a complete lottery.

Have a quick look at the IVs of the various dratini you have. If there is a stand-out one there I'd evolve that one unless its CP was really low. To be honest though most of the time I tend to just evolve the highest CP, particularly if its something that is quite rare (I know others have different views though)

Go onto one of the iV checkers and see which is the best and then decide are you in the game for the long haul. If the smaller one has a lot better iV then the higher cp. he's the one for the long game.

I'll probably just evolve my highest CP then.

This egg hatching business is ticking me right off. I got no incubators in ages so finally decided to spend some money even though I swore I wouldn't and bought some.
So far I've hatched only lame ass common pokemons from 5k eggs and they are getting replaced by 2k eggs.
I'm almost level 24 and have only received one 10k egg throughout the whole game >:(

ive been having lots of GPS problems lately, takes ages for the app to find the GPS signal when the app first opens and even then when i exit the app or close the phone and then re enter the app

Had a issue with the Eeveelutions today. Had over 100 candy and 3 >520 Eevee. Renamed them as per plan. Restarted app...did approx 30 evolves (lucky egg), restarted again. Did the Eevee's (all 3 renamed previously)
Got my Jolteon, got my nice big Vaporeon, then my Pyro evolved into Vaporeon!!!!

Quickly renamed him to Vap, then made another 'Pyro', restarted app and tried again....

.... another Vaporeon!!

Am annoyed as wanted all 3 about 1200 but having 3x Vaporeon above 1500 isnt something to complain about.

Perhaps doing 3 in a row was my mistake?

Does anyone else find they have to force close the game a few times on a walk? I head off every lunch for an hour and in that hour I could have to force close the game because of freezing about 5 times.
Be interesting to know if it happens to others.
