Hi, Does anyone have any advice on how much an extension like this would cost in Blackrock? - Existing house 70sq m - Proposed extension 70sq m - New plumbing - New electrics - New kitchen and bathroom - New Windows We're not looking at doing high end finishes...cash and carry kitchen etc. Any idea would be greatly…

Hi,

Assuming this (the above) is to the existing house?

For the existing house and extension, starting budget, I would suggest, probably needs to be around E160K.
