I ordered sky and was told I could not get the free LG tv deal as it was a internet offer only an advisor said he would look into it, I received a call back saying I couldn't get the offer so I proceeded to cancel my order I was told my tv package was cancelled but another team had to cancel my broadband and phone so a guy phone me and tried to get me to stay and to say he was pushy was an understatement so he said think about it over the weekend and he would call me Tuesday and again I told him cancel my order so eventually he agreed an said it would take 24 hours then on Thursday I got a message saying they were taking 30 euros out my account I was shocked because as far as I was aware my account was cancelled so yet again had to ring sky and I was told the previous at end didn't put in the request to cancel my order until Wednesday then I was told someone would monitor my account and let me know when my account was cancelled and still nothing done I will be taking sky to court if they attempt to take money out of my account as I have made several attempts to can do I will also be contacting citizens advice bureau and ofcom

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY WHEN THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PROVIDED ME WITH A SERVICE

Ofcom? They have no jurisdiction here.
