Bought a handbag on eBay from a Japanese seller for €130. Can anyone tell me if I'll have to pay customs on arrival or any other charges?

I can tell that you are meant to but it all depends on how they send it. It might get through if mArked as a gift if not and has value you will be caught especially if by courier

Do you know what percentage I'll be asked to pay? I've heard it can be as high as 25% sometimes

I've had bags get through before. Usually marked gifts and/or baby bag ;)
