Managed to take 5 at once, usually don't cash out for anything less than 3 gyms.

Yeah I'd really love a Victreebel, I nearly have enough candies to evolve a Weepinbell but the two I have aren't great CPs. I got a 590 Bellsprout today, so I'm going to wait to get the extra candies and evolve that out instead, should make a monster Victreebel.

Yea if I got a high cp bell like that I'd wait aswell.

    It's just a little beast.
Weat her it's the move set or grass type I dunno.

I use google, was signed in but the pokeball in top left kept spinning so signed out. Now all i get is the white screen trying to connect. Maybe pogo profiles isn't that friendly

Guys PLEASE HELP ME, I'm level 21 now and still haven't gotten a SINGLE 10km egg!

Is it possible that my local pokestops are just really unlucky and I need to visit different ones for 10km eggs or am I just super unlucky?!

Level 18 myself and had one 10km egg. I noticed as soon as you have a space you tend to get a new egg. I won't buy more incubators so guess I'm stuck with luck too.

    It's pure luck.
I was level 18 getting my first 10km egg.
My daughter was level 8 getting hers.

The lack of 10km eggs is pretty easy to solve, simply hatch more eggs. You can potentially get rid of all your current 2km eggs in 1 day, giving you lots of slots to potentially get a 10km egg.

personally I keep my infinity incubator for 2km eggs. And use the disposable ones for my 10k or 5k. You only get 3 uses you may aswell get a good bang for your buck. 30km out of one if you put 3 10k in it over 6km if you put 2ks in them. Iv read online the 3 use incubators hatch eggs faster, cant see how that is given they all go off how many kms you've covered.

I've done that so many times but then I just fill it up with more 5km eggs...

Any hotspots with a decent range of pokemons outside of the city centre? Dollymount seems to have gone cold

10km eggs are weird, I'm level 13 and on my 5th one now, having got 2 in a row

Just hatched my 8th 10km egg and got my 2nd Eevee out of it :( One more incubating for now, fingers crossed for a Lapras

I've never got a 10km egg either but then again a) I'm only level 13, and b) I haven't exactly hatched a lot of eggs anyway so my basket is always full with 2km/5km eggs, so I can't really complain as it's up to me to get rid of some of those first, obviously! :D

I normally don't go into Dublin city centre, but got a bus into town. Fúcking hell, anyone who works in town and has a bus along the quays must be on a high level. Loads of pokestops and just pokemon after pokemon. I was between 2 lures before and that was nothing compared to the bus route along the quays. I missed so many stops I was actually hoping for bad traffic. Got a few km on my eggs too.

    Experienced this myself yesterday.

I'm working in Smithfield and have two Pokestops in reach of my desk. So I get plenty of balls and Pokemon if I want. There's absolutely nothing where I'm living by comparison.

Despite availability from the office, it's pretty much all Rattatas, Pidgey, Drowzee central, with the odd Shelldor, Jynx, and Gastly thrown in. Average is 200-400 CP, highest being a 500+ Jynx.
Yesterday I had to take a bus up and down the quays, and holy crap; caught close to 10 Polliwag (enough to evolve), Magikarp, Staryu, when I'd barely seen any of these before, and a few Psyduck (enabled an evolve) and Slowpoke. I was happy getting the Staryu, thinking it'll go some way to evolving, and then caught an 878 CP Starmie. I've hatched a 1400 Lapras, but that wild catch was almost 400 CP above my previous best.

If the disparity even around the city is that big, it renders the game pretty much useless to anyone in even remotely rural areas. Niantic should really address this. It's very unfair as is.

Well the game is meant to encourage exploration, if you could catch most mons fron your house or your desk then there wouldn't be any challenge or fun to it. I agree there needs to be more spawns in rural areas but I don't think it's unfair that you can catch lots of water pokemon along the quays when it makes perfect sense that that's where they'd be?

Wouldn't it be just as fair if you could catch the same amount of pokemon by a rural quay too?

The first reported person to catch 142 Pokémon caught them by spending 2 hours after work in the park across from where he worked sitting at lures. I've played a lot more and walked over twice what he walked but I'm only at 100 because I don't live in a very densely populated city centre. Regardless of the game being about exploration if you live in a densely populated city you have an extreme advantage over those who don't in all aspects.

If anything it's gotten worse in rural areas. 2 weeks ago the river in the closest village to me always had several Pokémon along it no matter when you arrived, including Eevee and Dratini. In the last 2 weeks I haven't found anything other than a Pidgey, Rattata, Spearow or Weedle at it.

Increasing spawns in rural areas in line with what exists in populated areas would definitely make it fairer but I don't think reducing spawns in populated areas is necessarily needed. Lures are always going to be a good way to get pokemon because they make money for the devs

Lvl 24 and I get a 300CP Pinsir from a 10k egg. I have a dozen Pidgeys stronger than that FFS. Even the candies are no good to me.

My egg luck has really been rotten

Edit: And now a 1300CP Electabuzz breaks free from an Ultraball (Razz Berry, Great throw, Currveball included) and then runs away. Uggh not a good day so far

Dratini nest at Dollymount today. Had never seen one before, caught three there today.
