    Been at this brewing for 2 years now.

    My waistline has went from 36 to 38 in that time.

    This lifestyle is not sustainable long term at my current rate of consumption.

    I cant be the only one here who worries about this im sure.

    Been cutting down to a pint or 2 every other night instead of everyday with my dinner. And try and cycle 20km twice a week.

    Slowly losing it.

    What do you do to keep the weight off and the heart healthy ?
