Any Rooting Smartphones in D.15?

Hi All, I'm looking to add the Joystick to my phone: https://devs-lab.com/pokemon-go-hacks-without-moving-anywhere.html Looks quite involved, anyone know of a service of if anyone in Dublin 15 is providing a service to do this? I'm happy to pay.

I work in d15 and depending on the phone could do it for you any evening.
