IBAN 25 character

    Dear,
    we need to make payment to our supplier and it have account in Baltikums bank in Latvia, SEPA payment procedure, but.... supplier have IBAN with 25 character not 26 and we contact theri bnk to check this out but they said that is correct that they have 25 character with IBAN word.
    they recive normaly payment from other customer and there is no problem with IBAN contruction ( we check it out on on line IBAN check site).
    how can we make payment to them regarding that business on line wont accept their 25 character IBAN number?
    need help because we need to make payment

    solved, it was mistake that the company is outside Latvia and account is in Latvia so we change country field in personal details and everything works fine.
