What fast charger to buy - Ulephone power

    Hi there, I wonder could some guru answer this?

    I want to buy a fast charger for ulephone power.
    It is a fast charging phone but the charger that comes with it seems to be customized. Is there another "fast charging" one I can buy on amazon or something. I see there is Fast Charger 2 and 3 now for different phones.

    When I use my samsung charger with it it starts at 2800mah and keeps dropping down to 1000/800mah after 10 min or so, I can read this on an app. Is this what is considered fast charging on non-modified, fast chargers ?
