Madison court, Grattan st, Dublin 2

Hi, I'm looking to rent an apartment in Madison court on Grattan st. I was wondering if anybody has any experience living in this apartment block, in particularly is it noisy? There seems to be a few flats around the area, is it a safe place to live? Thanks in advanced for your help.

Mate of mine lived in Madison Court for a couple of years a few years back. I looked to buy a house a bit further down Grattan St so I would have said there are no issues with safety, from my point of view

I lived there a few years ago. Nice apartments, decently sized. No issues with the area whatsoever.
