It'll start barely if it's fully charged up and started with a tow but cuts out at around 1200 revs when u take ur foot off the accelerator... Please help!!

Tbh, I'd say take it to another mechanic and let them have a look.

So car will only start if the battery is fully charged, and you still need a tow?
