Flat ducting 110mm x 54mm vent cover

Hi All, I'm installing a 110mm x 54mm duct for an extractor fan above an ceiling. Does anyone know where would stock an exterior vent cover that would push into the flat ducting from the outside? Lots of places sell the ducting, but i can't find a nice vent cover that would push into it.
