Virgin Horizon box wireless not working

Have also posted this in Virgin section but then realised they are Mon-Fri Have logged into box via Ethernet cable/ UPC WebApp and tried to activate wireless but when I press save button window comes up as still disabled. Have tried to reset the box from the UPC WebApp but same result. Is box faulty. Enable photo= Settings…

Enable photo= Settings then pressed saved
Disabled photo= Window I get after pressing save

Just to add I am getting same result on boht 2.4 & 5 Ghz wireless

why was it disabled in the first place?
