Wet room shower gully - draining topic

I raised this topic earlier in the week here regarding where one could purchase a wet room gully.

The reason why I raised this is because I had a tiler out the other day to price the job of tiling the house. He said to make sure to get a nice chrome finish on the surface of the wet room gully.

What are others doing - just getting a €20 basic plastic one and sticking it in or searching for a decent chrome/stainless steel one? I'd hate to ruin a wet room floor with a nasty looking plastic gully but not sure spending a small fortune is the way to go either?

I put in a stainless steel one - got it from here - great company, great product, easy to clean and very robust. Not cheap but then again will last a lifetime. I would be afraid the plastic ones may break underfoot
