Am I the only one that feels a little bit sorry for Georgina? I can kind of relate to her insecurities although I wouldn't display them on TV. Being nominated has probably been a massive knock to her confidence.

Hughie nominating Jayne - as far as we know, he doesn't know she stood up for him so I wouldn't hold it that much against him.

I really liked Jackson at the beginning but this gangster speak is cringe-tastic! I had to fast forward!

Have you been watching the show regularly?

I'd be very surprised if anyone else on here had any sympathy at all for her.

She does rather like knocking other people's confidence too though, doesn't she? Nothing Jackson does is good enough, for example.

He looks wrong, he says the wrong things, talks to the wrong people, he had the temerity to have a child - a child that would take time away from being a thouroughly devoted boyfriend to her apparantly.

We all have insecurities, but that's no excuse to put everyone else around you down and make them feel bad about themselves. Besides, I'm not sure it's insecurity as much as someone who grew up getting everything they wanted and still throws little princess tantrums when they don't get their way all the time and not being pandered to constantly.

The bitching, hypocrisy and downright nastiness...well, I doubt that's down to insecurity either. She's just a spoiled brat pure and simple.

Veruca Salt has nothing on this odious little madam.

It would be great to see the bedroom clique broken up. They would be brought down to earth if Georgina gets evicted. They think the public love them and Andy of Jane are going.
Heres hoping the public vote grumpy cat out... Gexit.

My current take on the HMs :)

    Love:
Hughie – So happy he's kept his cool since entering the main house. His innocence and way of expressing himself are very endearing. I feel that he's the most genuine in there and wouldn't be sly enough to have a game plan. I just hope that since his surge in popularity in with the housemates (conveniently after the warm reception from the audience last Friday might I add!) doesn't blind him too and that he doesn't follow the 'clique' too much

    Like:
Jayne - I can see how the housemates find her a bit mad, but I have a lot of respect for her from various events over the last while e.g sticking up for Hughie when she had nothing to gain from it, not being afraid to tell Natalie where to go. She seems a very strong person as she has gotten the most stick from the house and hasn't lashed out in the way many of the others would. She's not the most entertaining but I'd rather her being there than many of the others

Andy - I like him but feel frustrated because feel he puts his foot in it quite often. I completely agreed with him the other night RE the Lateysha calling Jason a game player thing, but he was at a loss with that from the start. Most of those housemates do not have the intellectual capacity to calm down and understand the point he was trying to make. I was so glad he brought up the mob b*tching about Hughie because that episode had really upset me, don't think Hughie is fully aware of that conversation as of yet. For me, the jury is still out on whether Andy's sly or not but at least his opinions carry sense and are expressed with conviction.

Evelyn - Wasn't a fan initially, but I am slowly coming around to her. Georgina may have been right when she asserted Evelyn has changed since being called boring, but there's something about her no BS approach that I like. Particularly both times she confronted Georgina about her going off on one about her. However, she definitely copped on to her causing trouble in the Jackgina silliness, notice how she stayed silent when Jackson was singing to her in the kitchen the other day. She's more clever than some might think

Laura - I know she was widely hated in the beginning and while I wasn't comfortable with her Marco antics, I did always think there was a lot of good in her and I'm glad it's coming to light more recently. Thought she dealt with Winegate very well and I admired her for pursuing Natalie the following day and insisting they talked it out. Her and Evelyn were bang on when they called Sam out too.

    Meh:
Alex – Nice to look at, seems a nice chap, doesn't offer much entertainment as everyone's been saying. Will 100% make the final though as can't ever see him being nominated

Jason – Seems a genuinely decent bloke and isn't there to cause any trouble, not much else to him

Charlie - Conflicted on this one. I think she's a lovely girl, she's often seen consoling people and she seems to have a good way of giving advice and making people feel better. It's just such a shame she can't help herself with the Jason situation, she needs to chill out.

Jackson - Again, conflicted. Think he genuinely has a heart of gold and means well, but is too easily influenced by Georgina. He'd be a much better housemate if she goes. Would love to see that flirty side come out (He and Evelyn would go way better together ;) )

Emma - Disliked her in the beginning, kind of enjoy her rambling about the trees/moths now. A bit of lightness between all the dramatic arguments. She also got Georgina spot on from day 1.

    Dislike:
Chelsea - Comes out with some great one liners, particularly in the diary room, but I can't get over how awful he's been about Jayne. I wish someone had called him out on it, felt like he was bullying her at one point.

Ryan - He has his funny moments but he's a complete sheep and would throw anyone under the bus in there. Don't understand why he didn't pipe up for Hughie when he was being discussed on Lateysha's bed. Think he genuinely formed a bond with him at the start and has been going forward and back to him based on his popularity from the public and housemates

    Hate:
Sam – Cannot stand him. So so fake it's unbelievable. Evelyn and Laura were completely right saying he was Lateysha's b*tch and Laura was probably correct in her suggestion that he distanced from her after she was booed. Also hate how he blatantly lied in the pod when he said everyone had been b*tching and when Andy threw it back asking if he had, he denied it like a sour teenager. "I'd say it to their face". I would pay for Big Brother to make a compilation of all his snide comments and conversations with the clique about people and broadcast it during their dinner.

Georgina - So disappointed with her. Really liked her when she was having none of Marco and for that I was able to ignore her moaning during that time. Thought she talked a lot of sense and while she was a bit miserable, she firmly stood by her own views. Since her little clique with Jackson/Lateysha/Alex/Sam has reformed, she's become an unholy nightmare. Some of her comments about Jackson shocked me, as well as her controlling behaviour toward him. She appears to have the maturity of a 16 year old and not that of a 26 year old. I hope she goes on Friday.

Lateysha - Again, so disappointed. Lateysha was one of my favourites up until a few days ago, she was great when she called people out on things e.g Marco and his fiance, Natalie defacing Hughie's name. Agree with what a previous poster said about her being Queen Bee. Andy called her out on leading a horrible conversation about Hughie on her bed and she couldn't take it so resorted to screaming her head off. She's called so many people fake and two-faced, while I had to laugh at how two-faced she was today. She gave a decent front when Andy told her he liked her and it wasn't just because of nominations, and was making faces and b*tching across the bed the second he left the room. If she's so 'real' or not two-faced, she would have called him out to his face.

Georgina is not the worse housemate. And yes o have been watching it from day one. Hope she does not go on friday. Sadly a lot of the voting public are young girls who may find the getto boy Jackson cool . So because of them she may be out. I would prefer Andy went myself.

Andy and Jayne will get a great confidence boost when they survive again on Friday, the other HMs will be wondering what the hell is going on, it'll cause more paranoia among the pack which will be great to watch as a viewer.

I liked Georgina at the start, probably because she stood up to MPW (who was just vile) since he got evicted we've seen the real Georgina. She is not a nice person. But I said before, her reaction to being nominated was more because she thought her allies would keep her safe. In her mind she was never going to be nominated this week

This . I agree with you , I don't think it ever would have entered her head that she would possibly be nominated and that's why she was so shocked :pac:

I've just read 10 pages - every single comment expressing hate for Georgina. I'm going to come out and just say it.. I like Georgina! **runs away**

I don't believe she will go on Friday. I think Jayne will go. Georgina is a fantastic housemate. Sure every single comment is about her, that says a lot.

As Jackson said.. She definitely seems 'damaged'. I think she really likes him, and I think he will drop her like a hot cake when this is all over.

Queen of Wexico, I agree with absolutely everything you have just said.
How weird; we think the exact same about each housemate.

Jackson with his "that's my missus" :pac: what a dweeb.

Georgina being so melodramatic with the housemates around her as if it was her deathbed!

The pair of them are fools

I like Georgina. She is lovely compared to some of the others who turn my stomach. Hope she stays. I also like emma and jayne. So my vote is Andy to go

I agree she's a better HM than most, because she does something. And while people are talking about her it's generally negative. And in vote to evict that will garner the votes

Interesting to read a different opinion.

The way I see it the viewers will be choosing between Jayne (boring, volatile, wants out, good heart) and Georgina (jealous, miserable, bully, heartless).

Nobody likes watching a bully, especially one who constantly puts down their own boyfriend, as a result viewers will be more motivated to eliminate a person like this as opposed to a boring old fart like Jayne.

Jayne won admiration from the viewers standing up to Natalie and defending Hughie too, what act of kindness has Georgina completed?

I will be absolutely shocked if its anyone but Georgina exiting the house on Friday.

The random dude on BOTS with the best punishment idea ever "no oxygen" :)

That was funny on BBOTS, talking about the housemates talking about nominations, and what should they be deprived of, one in the crowd said oxygen.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,471 ✭✭✭Esse85

Wasn't there more mention of nominations tonight, Georgina saying she didn't nominate Emma?
Surely there will be repercussions again?

Looking at the new task it seems like Georgina will be in a place of power considering that phone call she got to the Complaints Dept (as seen on BOTS). That's really unfair for the other 3 nominated
