I suppose you only have suspicions that Hitler was a war criminal so? You know, since he was never tried in a court of law and all?

It beggars belief that people are still trying to make excuses for Michael Jackson's behaviour tbh. The guy was amazingly talented, there's no argument about that. But there can't really be any argument that he had paedophilic tendencies at this stage.

Hitler committed his crimes in public for the whole world to see.
I agree that MJ had doubtful behavior but cant claim that he was a paedophile.

I'd say one couldn't definitively state that he molested children but his sexual attraction towards them seems unquestionable and his behaviour around children was certainly cause for concern.

When something looks, walks and quacks like a duck, we call it a duck. We don't need a court of law to ascertain that it is in fact a duck. Now if the duck is accused of a crime, a court of law is required to ascertain if the duck has committed that crime. The fact it's a duck isn't ever in question.

You can have your suspicions but of not proven in a court of law, they remain just that: suspicions.

He admitted to sharing a bed with many young boys and giving them alcohol. That alone is extremely inappropriate.

He had nude pictures of children in his possession, including a photograph of one of his young 'friends' and pornography which was accessible to the children sharing his room. These things are extremely suspicious. Not to mention several children made allegations against him. If he was a normal joe soap, he wouldn't have been given the benefit of the doubt. For some reason lots of people just refuse to accept that he was most likely a paedophile and probably a sexual predator.

^ very suspicious but unless you have proof of actual sexual activity those will remain suspicions.

    Mmmmkay then.
i think you underestimate the amount of mj fans and how some of them think.

most of them could be presents from fans and since they dont depict anything sexual why wouldnt he keep them

heres what Shana Mangatal has to say
She continued, "He had art books everywhere, many given to him as gifts. He never threw anything away. Please only believe the facts that are presented to you and not the sensationalized stories attached to them."

I think at this stage people just want to believe Michael Jackson is guilty as they have spent so much time with it in their head that he possibly was, and so now it is difficult for them to get their head around the fact that he was not. Which is why of course investigations of this nature should never be made public unless a guilty verdict has been reached, as mud sticks, and if any case in history shows us that, it is undoubtedly this one. As the age old saying goes: repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth.
