Killarney / Ring of Kerry Bike Rental & Route advice

I had to make an unscheduled trip to Killarney this weekend and I'm not able to bring a bike. Where can I hire a good quality bike in Killarney ideally a drop handlebar road bike but if not a good hybrid or MTB.

Also where are the good climbs in the area? Molls Gap is the only one I know but there must be others. I'm doing the Maratona dles Dolomites the following weekend and I need to try to do something to mitigate what is likely to be a heavy weekend.
