Software/Online to Examine&Manage TCX history files

Hi, Does anyone have a recommendation for a good package, either online or offline that allows for TCX review. I've used Garmin Training Centre for years, buts it not getting updates any more and always felt "clunky" and the online version is even worse - Garmin Connect. Hi,

I'm not adverse to paying for software but I wouldn't be keen on subscription based payments.
