Where do we go from here? Can't see Jon getting on with Baelish, but he DID save his arse. Will he allow him to be Warden of the North? I can't think off the top of my head if Jon has beef with anyone else, unless he wants to go after Theon?

Still think Tommen dies next week, Cersai has a breakdown, tries to burn the place down and dies too.

    People expecting a
Red Wedding 2.0 except Jaime is there with his plot armour. Unless Jaime executed a Red Wedding himself?

Not sure what I think will happen between Davos and Mel
My guess is that he wont kill her. He's a very rational man. While I think he'll verbally assault her, I think he'll either have her banished, or he'll leave. I can't see him staying in her presence.

Presume we'll see Cersei's trial next week, or at least the attempted trial
Not sure what the heck is going on with the Freys and Jamie. Who's wedding could that be? Just another Frey?

One possibility, is that the BWB attack the party.
I imagine we'll see Arya arrive back in Westeros as well.

Littlefinger will want a night's spooning with Sansa for saving them. I think he'll propose her wedding to Robin instead of himself. He's Robins guardian, and can rule through him

And hopefully, we'll see those Meeren board the ships, and Varys do something dastardly

No 1 Dad Stannis made the choice to sacrifice his daughter, not sure why Mel should get killed from it, it came to nothing however looks like Stannis might not be the promised one, however he may still be alive somewhere for all we know.

    Is this episode longer?

    Hopefully the TOJ is revisited.

IMDB cast list (I know it's not always the most reliable ) currently listing young Ned and Howland Reed, so fingers crossed it's right this time!

EDIT - also a few unwanted names on that cast list at present [cough]sandsnakes[/cough]

Stannis is no more. He's ceased to be. He's expired and gone to meet his maker. He's a late King. He's a stiff. Bereft of life he rests in peace... :D

Just looked it up, it's 69 minutes long.

I'm asking a lot, but I want to see ToJ, Arya progression, Bran progression, Dany progression and Jon/Sansa progression.

    Davos v Mel.
Arya arriving off a boat to Westeros.
The Sandsnakes bringing the episode down.
Walder Frey being dastardly to someone, could he screw Jaime over?
The Tower of Joy scene in further detail.
Dany & co board their ships.
Update with Varys possibly but I think this may be left to next season. If not then maybe a plot twist where he is concerned.
Littlefinger wants to show Sansa his *cough* littlefinger, she will be hesitant and it'll be interesting to see what transpires.
White Walkers reach the wall and maybe breach it and then it cuts to black.

Post credits scene showing the rotten body of Stannis to shut everyone up once and for all.

You may get it. From the trailer, Bran features which may hint to another ToJ flashback. There's no sign of Arya, but is that scene at the twins a possible hint at her turning up there in disguise? Dany is clearly contemplating the voyage to Westeros and the magnitude of the decision has hit her. Jon and Sansa have obviously had words about Littlefinger's unexpected arrival and clearly it's a 'no more secrets' discussion as well as the obvious confrontation with Melisandre. More a tying up of loose ends and clearing the decks episode for them I think.

Is Jaime on Arya's list? Walder Frey is the only one who needs to die.

Yep, Walder getting stuck with the pointy end would be most pleasing. :)

Half expecting Cersei to walk in to her trial with a smile on her face knowing she has an ace up her sleeve. After being found guilty she tells the seven septons that if she isn't allowed to leave freely she will blow the entire city up.

What's going to happen at the Twins? If it is some sort of RW2 or Stark revenge, who will be the avengers/aggressors? I'm intrigued about this.

Can we at least get something like
"I heard a wolf pack howling last night"

Hopefully Arya which would put her in the Riverlands and hopefully lead to a Nymeria reunion.

Well Tyrion helpfully reminded the audience that the mad king stuck a load of wildfire under the Sept.

Bran tripping balls perhaps leading to the big reveal about Jon.

Baelish to remind Sansa that he doesn't dole out favours and to start really driving a wedge between her and Jon.

Brotherhood to stage an ambush at the Twins perhaps.

I think Baelish will try get jiggy with Sansa, he is very creepy in the preview.

Lancel is shown walking out of the sept with his weapon. What if....

During the trial there is a commotion out side, Lancel goes to take a look, the camera follows along behind his shoulder, and as we step outside... the mountain is ripping faith militant members to shreds, blood and guts all over him, he cuts down Lancel, barges into the sept and goes to town on everyone there. Like a juggernaut.

Cersei then pulls the rug out from the sparrows legs and burns the sept to the ground.

I wonder if cersei came out publicly about tommens real parentage, thus confirming he's a bastard and not a true heir to the throne and throwing a massive spanner in the works?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,623 ✭✭✭googled eyes

    Baelish is basically Quagmire

Unlikely... It would be an immediate death sentence for her AND Tommen.

Hopefully Jon Snow's true parentage is revealed.
I think we'll probably see Danys armies starting to board ships at the end.

The big reveal will be that Lyanna, has twins!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,463 ✭✭✭✭RobbingBandit

I want to see Jamie kill Cersei then fall on his own sword like the great noble hero he aspires to be, rather ironically only he himself is worthy enough to kill Jamie Lannister.

This I think will be the joke as there are no men like him only he himself.

It's been a fair while since the *shudder* Sand Snakes showed up, surely they're due a reappearance. I really, really hope they have no part of significance to play in the future such as killing Tommen or Cersei.

I'm guessing that's where Varys is off to. Martells hate the Lannisters, more numbers for Dany.
