    Brian Kerr on the Russian fans;

"They're very quiet, not a peep out of them"

Oh I'd say give them about 18 minutes 34 seconds Brian...

the first substitution of the goalscorer seemed to be the start of the Russian onslaught.

The russian coach looks like he's had a few pick-me-ups in the dressing room.

Albania looked a well organised and fit outfit. They would give us a run for our money.

Albania have come a lot closer to a goal than Les Froggichops

It's quite incredible now how France haven't scored.

I was hoping it would end with a draw at least but le French has manage to get that vital goal and probably win.

And another goal has sealed the win

Hard luck Albania, I'd like to have seen them get a point - they played well

France are very average, I don't understand how they are favourites, they'll be found out yet by a better team imo. Germany and Italy have been the most impressive teams in the tournament so far..

Flying to Liverpool in a few hours and hoping to catch the England/Wales game and northern Ireland game. Draws in both games may be good for us.

Can see a shock 2morrow and Sweden beating Italy

I'd take a draw on Saturday but Belgium will be a lot better than they were on Monday

Here's hoping Austria bring that terrible form into the WC qualifiers but can see them improve against Portugal next day out

I thought Croatia were superb too. They created a lot of goal chances against Turkey.
They will go a long way and could well win it.

Catching all 3 games on my couch today.

Wales to win 1-0. I'll be having the remains of last nights Indian for lunch.

NI game I'll potter about some house work and having tea and bickies.

Tonight's dinner of mixed grill with baby potatoes will be had watching the Germans beating Poland 3-0.

A few episodes of Broad City later to detox from football.

    Not too bad a Thursday:).
