Superhero - 1 Power

    You can become a superhero, you can have one power. What would you go for, invisibility, flying, x-ray vision or leave it to chance to be bitten by a radioactive animal?

    I'd for flying, I'd get to the shop in no time to pick up chocolate milk. I could go for speed, but I'd imagine negotiating traffic would be tricky.
    I just really hope that chocolate milk wouldn't be my kryptonite.

    Anything I touch turns into cheese. Not soft like feta, Brie or Camembert because that would be disastrous.

    I'll take a page form Eric Cartman's book:
    I am Bulrog and I have lots and lots of powers.
    So basically whatever I want.

    I'd go with a sort of telepathic power - not complete mind control. A sort of senses manipulation. Seeing things different from how they are, etc. Along with being able to sense what the person can (IE I could see what John in the house three doors down sees). But of course nobody knows that I have that power.

    If it's a power that people know about: Hulk. Government try to murder me? Hulk comes out. I'm safe then.

    Teleportation. Although it'd need to have an inbuilt "pushes things carefully out of the way when I arrive" thingie, because teleporting -into- someone else or a tree would be really awkward.

    Yeah, I've thought about this one before...

    Time travel....even if just backwards I'd mess things up to see how much a difference it really makes


    Also possibly turn up to a lot of famous world events caught on TV camera in a Waterford Jersey just for the randomness of it



    Edit: yes I wouldn't use my superpowers for much/any good....just having the craic for myself

    Pick things up and throw/manipulate them, without actually touching them. Plenty of uses for that.
    Pick up tonnes of nearby water and fire it over a burning building.
    Fire a rock at cannon ball speed at someone/thing.
    Push my car along the road so it uses feck all fuel.
    Loads of uses...

    I would like to have the power to create magical worlds from books and bring all of the characters to life. So there would be a Westeros and a Shire and a Narnia. The only thing different would be no badness or evil doing. The rivers would flow with Hoegarden and hunky dorys would hang from the trees.

    There would also be an After Hours world where all of the posters would live in harmony and with kindness for each other. We would skip through fields of lavender with our hair blowing free.
