Sit-ups / Crunches

    I know it sounds simple (and is), but does anyone know of a decent website which shows you the correct way to perform sit-ups and crunches. Preferably with diagrams/photos and some variations.

    I am very protective of my back, and want to be sure I am not putting any unwanted stress on it.

    try menshealth.com they have loads of training tips , videos
    and photos showing how to do exercises properly.

    and i still have that video of a complete range of ab exercises ready for upload if someone can spare some hosting space!!!!!

    (only need 250mbs.....)

    - can someone check if they can see it on kazaa?

    The first person to connect to me can downlaod it, the then rest can leech from him ;)
