    Anybody know of any good beginner pilates or yoga classes on the east coast from Ashford to Greystones? please! would love to get started!

    There's a new place behind the Wicklow Arms (in Delgany)...can't remember the name right now but you can take a look if you're passing by.

    the la touche hotel they have yoga in there i can't remenber the night what it is on though you can always ring them, :ninja:

    the la touche do it on a tuesday night but they were off for easter so i don't know if they're back this tuesday.

    hi there if you check out thirve pilates studio, its moving to charlesland in 2 weeks, liz does fab pilates and there is also pregnancy and hatha yoga there too

    If you look at the notice board in Natures Gold or Greystones Library , you will doubtless find an abundance of pilates and Yoga classes.

    This is an immediate consequence of both it being Greystones and the strict diet of money'd middle class houswives that the pilates/yoga/yogalates(?) instructor lives on.
