Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any idea how many members a gym like Westwood would need to break even? I think that they charge something like €60 a month.

It's 70 a month plus a joining fee, plus they have food in there (very pricey) and a pro shop and lots of other crap you can pay for that generates revenue (signing in guests, beauty treatments etc etc..)

Haven't a clue how much they'd need to break even but I'd say you're running the first few years in fairly large debt.

Like the new aquatic centre cost a few million to build and the upkeep and repayments are gonna cost 5 million or so a year and they hope to have a turnover of 6 to 6.5 million per year.
