    In order to avoid unsightly man-boobs Ive decided I need to exercise the upper chest region. What are the best exercises I can do? I have no interest in going to a gym (no time). I have 2 crappy 5kg dumbells. Could these be beneficial in any way?

    yeah theres a very good chest exercise where you perform a normal push up while holding a dumbell in each hand. i saw it on menshealth. but start with normal pushups first. and theres always swimming...

    bitch tits are a result of being fat.

    you should do some cardio like joging.

    so more exercise, less fatty food.

    if you wanna work your chest muscles with a couple of barbells at home i suppose flys, but you've no bench, just do some pushups i suppose.

    When doing flys with Dumbells, why do they always say to lie back on an inclined bench at about 30 degrees? Why not lie back flat. Whats the benifit of it being at 30 degrees or so?

    yep, that too, so all the more reason to exercise and lower you BF, and watch your diet.

    As with any excercise changing the angle shifts the muscle emphasis somewhat e.g. Incline Bench versus Flat Bench.

    In particular with regards to flyes, a 30 degree angle can also serve to take some of the stress of shoulder joints which can be crucified in flat bench flyes.

    Bottom line is they are different excercises.

    Just be sure your elbows are not dropping below parallel, that you are getting as wide an arc as possible, and that you are closing your arms in an arc (rather than pushing up which a lot of people do when they can't deal with the weight).

    Umm, you see thats the problem im not fat, infact id consider myself quite fat and i play a lot of sports, but the only bit of fat i can see is my freaking tits! lol

    p.s i have a healthy diet

    You may have gyno since adolescents. Are the fat deposits in your chest hard and lumpy or soft?
