5ft 6, at 13 st - with ideal weight reckoned to be 11.5 st.
But in my defence, prior to starting at a gym 18 months ago, I was 15 st.
BTW, 20 years of metricification and still using imperial measures :)

Good point you are making there but we are in Ireland anyways so doesn't really matter we all know what it is. The one problem I have is converting it :(

    Height: 6' 1"
    Weight: ~ 12 Stone = ~168lbs
    Age: 21

Think my height and weight are grand.

    Excercises everyday:

60 Press ups and 60 Situps. Going for tone not muscle.

I dont do much leg work because, although my legs are kinda skinny, I'm an extremely good runner so I dont wanna feck that up.

    Age 20
Height 6'5" (around 2m I think for the metric people)
Weight 15.5 St (around a 100kg for the same people)

Not going to bother detailing my weights sessions but it's generally two to three rugby training sessions a week with one to three weights sessions depending on games, injuries etc.

Also five a side soccer the odd time.

    Goals, more explosive power.

    Excercises:

    Sweet feck all :p

I'd be really interested in the best way for me to gain some weight. I'm really tired, lacking energy, not eating enough lately. Was thinking a good excercise plan might help..but I wouldn't know where to begin.

What's up with the blood? Got my bloodworks back recently as part of my regular check up, blood work as a standard part of training is an area that interests me a good bit. People don't realise how much of an effect it can have on their training regime.

    Age 22
    Height 6'2
    Weight 11 1/2 stone.

Need to put on about a stone and a half. Recently was in hospital suffering from a pneumotohrax (collapsed lung). Which aparently happens to tall thin males. It was on of the most painful experiences of my life and i dont want to repeat it. Gonna start exercising and maybe a weight gain programme as soon and i get over it and wounds start to heal.

Any other tall thin males aged 20-40 check out http://www.pneumothorax.org . Its not a nice experience.

    Currently ~126lb 5Ft 9 @ ~7-8% BodyFat

Iv only recently realised i need to eat more.

Currently eating 3000 cals. ~150g protein 2-3 protein shakes. The rest mainly carbs consisting of fruit bread spuds. Take multi-vits + 1 capsule Omega 3.

Starting a new training programming after my trip to amsterdam :)

Plan on doing a 6 week cycle. Bulk 8-10lb- Then do a different 6 week cycle with added cardio, to bulk another few lb without fat.

Then do 4 weeks cutting. Bring BF down do around 8 again and burn off whatever fat was gained.

Starting a new programme at the end of January.. Basically as much compound exercises as possible. bench's, squats, leg extentions, bicep curls, use the machines for triceps. Shrugs, lat pulldowns, Seated Rows, Lateral raises for shoulders + machine for rear delts. Use an abdo board for abs. Bought it in argos at xmas, probably the best thing iv ever used for abs.. literally within 2-3 weeks after exams iv used it about 3-4 times and iv noticed considerable more bulk in my abs.

    1st 6 week cycle = 345345 sets.. wk 1 = 3, wk 2 = 4 , etc

After 1st 6 week cycle ill do a completely different cycle withd ifferent exercies.

Well thats the plan anyway :)

If anyones any critique or advice please post.

    Alan.

    I'm 5'1", f, a little under 8 st and I'm 22.

I'm coeliac though so that explains why my weight is a bit low.
I cycle, horse-ride and on occasion I go for a swim.

I don't do any extra exercise, can't afford to lose weight anyway.:)

    6'3"
    ~ 12.5 stone
    20

Soccer training once a week, consisting of long distance running and sprints, and ball work.
    One match every Saturday.

No gym work at all atm and not for quite a while now, because in todays match I got kicked in the instep of my foot, it's badly bruised and the ankle has ballooned a bit. Also did my knee at bit at training so this will set me back a bit. Maybe I'll go to the gym to make up for missing training and matches.
