    is it true that if you lift weights when you're under 21 it can affect your body and not in a good way . I was told by people that it stunts your growth and caused problems with your bones as they're still growin.

    Nope no truth. But again whats the right age to start lifting weights I heard about 16 or something

    Yep 16 is the recommended age for weights. any younger and they do more harm than good!!!
