Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

It would be useful if browsers of the forum included a link to here in their sig so as to alert other board users of the place.

What about the name? Is fitness really the best name we can have?

Ideas welcome as come new year this forum should be ready to rock N roll with the influk of newbies.

how about a (celebrity) fat club? get a few people to volunteer, and encourage them to get fitter, using advice from this board or something..
