I hav been Going to the Gym now for 7 months I work really Hard But the Problem is I have bad diet and I drink for Ireland at the Weekend. Can anyone suggest a good Diet thank will help me lose Weight quickly

This has been discussed several times in other threads. If you look you'll find the info. For weight loss eat healthily, stay away from white bread, processed foods and sugars.

Get a good balanced diet and train hard and weight will come off.

what I should be eating when I am training to loose weight and what i should be eating when im not training.
