    When the newspaper ads first came out, I said that I'd make a complaint to the ASAI about it... unfortunately, I never did - can't seem to get any proof that the 500,000 lines is a lie.

    Any thoughts about proving this?

    If I recall, the USO is 2400 bps for data, but also requires that group 3 fax works. And within the group 3 fax spec, it specifies 9600 bps HALF-DUPLEX, which ain't much use really.
