Cardio v Weights

    I have seen maybe people differenciate between these kind of routines but is one enough?

    My resting heart rate is between 55-60 and whenever i workout (weights) i do so within a 45 minute period and can feel my heat going maybe 2 bps for that entire time.

    When i do cardio (only ever running) i genuinely push myself but my heart rate would not go above 100 imo.

    I find in a week when i do both am obliterated, so is doing the weights enough?
