Yeah was wondering this myself. I think it's better in After Hours as it probably appeals to alot of people who want to generally improve their fitness levels but may not want to do it through sports. They could just be changing eating habits or making small lifestyle changes whereas sports kind of pertains to activities involved in a particular set of sports.
