Buildin myself up

    right here it is,
    i need to build myself up without doing nytin much,
    firstly im givin up fags and gonna do dat walking thing dat is on the fitness thread but also i want to build myself up, im very skinny and i eat loads...
    any tips witout goin doing boxin and carpentry or **** like dat,

    join a gym, do weights, eat lots or carbohydrates and proteins. especially proteins. (but dont over do it). and be prepared for it to take a while.

    says me, who was asking for an arms workout last week haha!
