IRISH METAL ALL DAYER!! OCTOBER 2002
The Abbeyleix Metal fest has been reborn in the shape The Glenside Metal Meeting which indecently is sponsered by Metalworks!

The event will take place on Saturday Oct 26th sees 13 (and possibly more) bands appear at the Glenside Inn, Co.Carlow.

Admission is €15 before 4.30PM and €20 any time
after. Doors open at 1PM and the event will go on until midnight.

The line up is as follows:

this is a gig you gotta check out:

HATEBREED, whelan's, weford st, dublin 2 €15.90

they're still pretty unheard of but they rock!! they're a hardcore band from CT (but if you dont like hardcore dont let that put you off!!). i saw them twice in 2001 in the states. i'd never heard any of their stuff until ozzfest 2001 - they walked out onto the stage and the singer looked like the guy from green day or something and i thought they'd suck ass. then they started playing and i was blown away. riffs that are **** heavy and as fast as 80s slayer in places. vocals like trey azagthoth. heavy heavy heavy. you cant miss this. the pit will be unreal!!

If your referring to Trey's vocals in "Secured Limitations" (which was the only track he sang on for Morbid Angel then yer man from Hatebreed must suck!

I hope for Hatebreeds reputation that you mean David Vincent or Steve Tucker. They were two excellent singers.
