    Nice one Aidan!
How the divil did you come across that?

Mods - Could you merge this with this?

So it has a horrible URL, but a great idea. Search for what you want by keywords, cuisine, meal and main ingrediant, and Google will do their thing and give you as many recipes as they can find.

    That's pretty cool.
Aside from the fact that all the recipes come from epicurious.com.

Here's one I found recently - Help With Cooking.

Covers all the basics & more. For example:
    Metric Converter
    Temperature Chart
    Seafood & Shellfish Guides
    Poultry Cooking Guides
    Pastry Techniques
    Guide to Sauces
    Guide to Nutrition
    Food Storage Guides
    Shelf Life of Food
    Home Refrigeration
    Freezing Food
    Pantry Storage
    Food Packaging Guide

I saw this link (http://www.cookingcute.com/) about Bento in Herald AM this morning & thought that it may be useful for those wishing to liven up their packed lunches.

Bento, or o-bento, refers to a packaged, single-portion, portable meal that is usually eaten at lunch. I've not tried any of the recipes, but they seem very easy to follow & appear appetising.

A Dutch/Indonesian pal of mine made me a version of the Spam Fried Rice once. It is absolutely gorgeous - The only thing I'd add would be 4 or 5 bird's-eye chillis.
