im a male and i hav intercourse with my girlfriend frequently...i have a problem i think intercourse doesnt last too long because i go off way too early sometimes in about 5-10mins.does any1 no wat to do to make this not happen??

Your ment to spend about 30-40mins minimum foreplay beforehand aswell

I'm presuming that this is a problem with your girlfriend? Do you mind or is it just your girlfriend that minds?

Take your time. If you feel climax happening - slow down, concentrate on her - is she enjoying it. A much more interesting climax is a mutual one. Some people think of unsexy thoughts like the queen or margaret thatcher or even buffy the vampire slayer (Gordon ducks rapidly). I don't recommend that personally as it becomes less exciting.

Also don't rush off for penetration, go for the foreplay, enjoy both bodies. Try and have sex without even going inside your girlfriend. or... spice up your sex-life with edible body paint, sensitive massages, take an hour dressing up in a cracking outfit to whip it off in a second, sit back and let her do all the work.

As mentioned above, you can mentally stop yourself from having an orgasm but thats not what you want to stop, its the ejaculation part which is seperate from an orgasm but is the bugger which makes everything too senstive.

You could do a little research on how to strengthen your pelvic muscles in order to flex them at the appropriate time an stop an "out" ejacualtion and for it inward allowing you to continue as normal and pretty much screw her senseless which she we be more than grateful for.

Or if that requires too much effort then eat her out at the end of foreplay and repeat and repeat and....then get yours.

Personally, I'd say your recharge time is more important then your stamina. Orgasm for women through penetration only is quite rare. But there are lots and lots and lots...

Foreplay foreplay foreplay is all that can be said. For her. Men don't need foreplay. Make her happy and then sort yourself out. I have to say though, you guys are really lucky. I'm the opposite, it takes me ages to shoot. No exactly sure what it is that causes it, think its something to do with the equipment, but I could go at it for hours and not blow. There are one or two positions I can do that do make it easier to shoot, but if I don't do those and use some other one's instead, forget about it. Some previous girls have loved going at it for hours, but when you inspect the old chap in the morning, he's rubbed raw the poor blighter!!!!!! But nothing some nivea can't sort out.
