Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

MS Word 97 fonts missing

The problem seems to with the users profile, when logoned in under the user's name there are only 2 font options in word. I loged in as Administrator and they were all there:confused: I tried reinstalling word, that had no effect, change the keyboard layout, no effect... all I can think of is that maybe the path to the…

May sound strange but have you tried removing any of his print drivers? If I remember rightly there were some HP drivers quite a while back that sometimes did this.
