I need serious help or liposuction!!!!
Ok... im not a fat person... i think i am naturally athletic.. i can usually eat as much as i like and not put on a pound!!! I have been eating fast food non stop for the last year and a half (since i met my boyfriend!!!) my waist is still small (size 8) but my arse which used to be firm and perky is now like a big huuge bowl of jelly!!!
I think it might be cellulite:eek: :( ???
Is there anything i can do to get my bum back the way it used to be???

I'm going to need to see pics before making a decision as to what advice I can give...

I'll jump on the band wagon by asking you what are your hip and waist measurements, your height and your age?

If you've put in fat on your backside but not around and above your waist, it may mean that you're genetically predisposed to mostly put weight on below the waist as opposed to above, which is a good thing for health reasons (organs surrounded by fat is apparently a bad thing).

Post diet and exercise for added help!
(actually that should go in the charter)

Regardless of how big/small/flabby/pert your bum looks, do I really need to tell you how unhealthy eating fast food non-stop is??!

If it is cellulite, there's really very little outside proper exercise and diet to get rid of it, and even at that, most women will say once you have it, its really hard to shift. If its cellulite it will look like orange peer or the dimpling on a golf ball. And none of the magic lotions and potions will help either- its not a superficial conditions, you have to get rid from the inside.

For bum toning though, imho nothing beats a bit of lunging, weighted preferably, or stair climbing/ steep hill walking. I swear my a$$ has lifted at least an inch in the last month :D

If your recently started on the pill or have changed pills or wrong pill, this could be an ancillary factor.
